The 2021 RISE Mentorship Pilot Program proved to be a huge success and a steady foundation to build the future of the program. The RISE 2022 Mentorship Program will welcome 14 eager Mentees and 14 passionate Mentors.
The program is bound to benefit all participants kicking off with a Mentor and Mentee being paired based on their personality and connection at the pairing-event on the 9th of February 2022. The journey for each Mentee is a personalised experience based on their own individual needs.
